Earlier this year, research fellow Emma Ramsay represented Resilient and Inclusive Cities Lab at the launch of the Global Heat Health Information Network Southeast Asia Hub (GHHIN Southeast Asia Hub). This event marked a significant step forward in addressing urban heat challenges across the region.
At the event, Emma presented a poster showcasing a simple yet impactful decision-support tool for urban heat mitigation. This tool is part of our ongoing Cooling Singapore 2.0 work and reflects a fantastic collaboration with the Resilient Cities Network and Melaka City Council. By integrating data-driven insights and stakeholder input, this tool aims to support cities in Southeast Asia to develop more sustainable and heat-resilient urban environments.

We are thrilled to see our research contributing to actionable solutions for pressing climate challenges and look forward to building on this work in the future. Stay tuned for more updates from our Cooling Singapore 2.0 initiative and other collaborative projects!
